idreamofobama.com » FISA http://idreamofobama.com Mon, 19 Jul 2010 21:05:50 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.9.1 en hourly 1 What About FISA? http://idreamofobama.com/news/what-about-fisa/ http://idreamofobama.com/news/what-about-fisa/#comments Mon, 23 Nov 2009 22:31:00 +0000 Kelly http://idreamofobama.com/?p=740 I was in some nameless place and we somehow summoned Barack Obama.  I chatted with him for a while, and when I was done talking to him I said, “Wow, I had been a little more iffy about you lately, but now I remember why I liked you so much.”  He said, “Good, just remember to vote for me in November.”  I suddenly remembered his questionable vote on FISA [the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] and said, “WAIT A MINUTE!  What about FISA?  I need to call my boyfriend, you need to talk to him about FISA.  Will you talk to my boyfriend?’  He said it was okay, so I tried to call my boyfriend, but I couldn’t get a signal, and then when I got a signal, he didn’t pick up.  I told Barack that he was lucky my boyfriend didn’t pick up and he agreed. The kicker of this dream was that I woke up a little and thought about sending this dream into I Dream of Barack, and then fell back to sleep ONLY TO HAVE ANOTHER META-DREAM ABOUT BLOGGING THIS DREAM.  I was blogging it in front of Barack Obama, and he said, “I would never say anything as cheesy as ‘Remember to vote for me in November.’”  In the meta-dream, I was like, “Yeah, I thought that when I was dreaming.”
